This image has been set out as sprite sheet with the phases required for the running animation of our character. As well as this we have been able to incorporate our character into our current prototype of the game so far. Below is where the game development has got to so far:

Initial Development
After having constructed our levels and decided on what needed doing for this project we then hastened to begin building the game. The original prototype acted as a starting point from which we could add and develop the new elements that we required. This also meant that design development needed to begin. Below is an example of the image development for our lead character, the monk:
As you can see we have so far incorporated the necessary scripting for both the 'object of enlightenment' our character is following and also the checkpoints which are important in allowing the player to progress through the game. The level design has also been constructed based on our rough designs shown in the previous post. We now aim to continue developing this prototype both graphically and functionally into our completed game.
